ITALIAN CONFERENCE – Property & Infrastructures: Leveraging Italy’s Unique Natural Beauty and Strategic Location

In 2024, Italian commercial real estate reached a total investment volume of approximately 10 billion euros, marking a 60% increase compared to the previous year. It is an excellent result, yet there remains significant growth potential. Currently, it represents only 4% of the European total – a modest share compared to the Italy’s economic weight in Europe, where its GDP accounts for over 14%.
In order to meet a growing demand, it is necessary to create new products, with a focus on sustainability, in particular through urban re-generation and the enhancement of infrastructures, which support new attractive locations, especially in the south of the peninsula.
This conference will be an opportunity to learn more about the many opportunities that Italy is able to offer throughout the country, also visible on www.investinitalyrealestate.com.
The panel will illustrate the valorisation strategies of key public institutional players, focusing on public-private partnership opportunities, and on interesting projects in sectors such as tourism-hospitality, and logistics-digital infrastructures.
The conference will start at 16.45 with opening remarks by ITA and a first session dedicated to an overview of the Italian market, followed by three round tables.
