#HOUSING, the asset class to innovate – Workshop: Spaces for housing and enhancement of the asset
Housing as a driver for the urban agenda and economic development of cities. Rome, the Capital of Italy, increasingly projected to play a leading role at the European level, will present the digitalization efforts made on its real estate assets, also providing data for the upcoming years, to initiate dialogues with the international business community and understand how to contribute to European policies, like social housing. The panel will also include private sector operators, with Confindustria Assoimmobiliare, and the outlook underlined by TEHA, and entities able to provide data on the economic context. Housing is the main issue for the development of large cities and medium-sized cities, as the city of Piacenza will explain, which is completing Pnrr projects and opening up to private operators.
