PROPERTY

The Touristic Port of the Soverato-Satriano Bay is a strategic initiative for the territorial development of the Ionian coast of Calabria, seamlessly blending architectural elegance with sustainability. Nestled along a coastal stretch of remarkable natural value, the port will feature 412 berths, in addition to those dedicated to the fishing fleet, alongside a range of integrated services designed to ensure a complete experience for users. The project also includes the construction of a tourism and residential complex covering a total area of 25,700 square meters, providing up to 1,100 beds. It also includes a fair and congress area of 16,500 square meters, as well as a commercial zone with offices and a restaurant spanning 8,626 square meters. Additionally, 26,000 square meteres are allocated for parking and 19,450 square meteres for road infrastructure. This initiative is part of the Calabria port masterplan, outlining an integrated and sustainable vision for the development of the Ionian coast. Considerable attention has been given to meteorological and marine conditions to ensure a design that is both efficient and safe.
