PROPERTY

The REgenera Project is promoted by INVIMIT SGR – asset management company wholly owned by the italian Ministry of Economy and Finance – targeting the main AIFMs, for the purpose of valorisation of a selected portfolio of 10 properties under current administration, by pooling resources and management capacities. The assets are strategically located in the cities of Turin, Novara, Genoa, Pisa, Perugia, Chieti, Giulianova and Bari, covering a gross area of over 60,000 sqm, and of various uses (office, student home, summer colony, barracks). In its first phase, it constitutes a preliminary market consultation to collect inputs and contributions, to focus on modalities of real estate enhancement.
